By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the jeez baji website located at jeez-baji.com (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the jeez baji Platform in any capacity. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform and, if registered, request account closure by contacting the jeez baji support team at [email protected].

jeez baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Where changes are material, jeez baji will make reasonable efforts to notify registered account holders via email or an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

To register and use the jeez baji Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jeez baji is an adults-only gambling platform. Access by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local laws. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be self-excluded from jeez baji or any associated gambling service. Attempting to register a new account while subject to a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
• You must be acting as a private individual in your own personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, company, or third party.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from the jeez baji Platform for violations of these Terms.

jeez baji conducts age and identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks on all registered accounts. We may request documentation such as a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jeez baji may result in the suspension of your account and the temporary hold of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

To access the full range of services offered by jeez baji — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge and available to all eligible individuals who meet the criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must not use false identities, fictitious names, or another person's details when registering.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the jeez baji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different details, or through other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jeez baji reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all accounts found to be duplicates and to forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your account with any other person, allow any third party to use your account, or use any other person's account. Any breach of account security must be reported to jeez baji immediately.

All financial transactions on the jeez baji Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeez baji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. jeez baji does not currently accept deposits via international credit cards, debit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your jeez baji account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times may vary in exceptional circumstances outside jeez baji's control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all applicable KYC verification checks before any withdrawal can be processed. Accounts with pending verification will have withdrawals held until documentation is reviewed and approved.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full, as described in Section 5 of these Terms.
• jeez baji reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. Such checks may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

jeez baji does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their respective fee schedules. jeez baji has no control over third-party provider fees.

jeez baji offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses for newly registered accounts, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, refer-a-friend rewards, and seasonal bonus events aligned with Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar — including the BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh.

All bonuses and promotions offered by jeez baji are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough or turnover requirements), minimum odds conditions, time limits, and game eligibility restrictions. The specific terms applicable to each bonus are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read and understood before accepting any offer.

The following general bonus rules apply across all jeez baji promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified per promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Contribution percentages are published with each promotion.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses and any associated winnings expire after the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the account.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses is a breach of these Terms.
• Abuse of bonuses: jeez baji reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the account of any player found to be exploiting, abusing, or manipulating the bonus system — including through the use of arbitrage strategies, low-risk hedging, or collusion with other players.

jeez baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already accepted and being actively wagered in good faith at the time of the change.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeez baji Platform. Engaging in any of the following actions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud jeez baji or other players through misrepresentation, chargebacks, payment fraud, identity fraud, or any other deceptive practice.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or perform any action that would normally require human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, tournaments, or any other competitive format available on the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the jeez baji Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources or structuring transactions to evade financial monitoring.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one registered account, whether for personal use or in coordination with others, to exploit welcome bonuses or other offers intended for single-use per player.
• Exploiting technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any technical malfunction to obtain winnings that would not have been generated under normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the jeez baji Platform, its servers, databases, or the accounts of other registered users through any means.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language towards jeez baji support staff or other users in any communication channel.

jeez baji employs continuous monitoring systems that analyse account activity, betting patterns, and financial transactions. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, jeez baji may take immediate precautionary action including account restriction, balance hold, or suspension pending investigation — without being required to provide advance notice to the account holder.

jeez baji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder fails to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, money-laundering, or prohibited activity is detected on the account.
• The account is found to belong to a person under the age of 18.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction has been applied voluntarily by the account holder or mandated by a relevant authority.
• jeez baji is required to act by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, jeez baji will endeavour to complete the review within a reasonable timeframe. The account holder may be contacted for additional information during this process. Balances held during a suspension will remain accessible once the investigation is resolved in the player's favour.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, jeez baji reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including real-money deposits, bonus funds, and pending winnings, subject to the specific nature and severity of the breach. Genuine deposits unrelated to fraudulent activity may be returned at jeez baji's discretion following the completion of any investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their own account for any reason — including responsible gaming concerns — may do so at any time by contacting the jeez baji support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed promptly, and any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method.

The jeez baji Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jeez baji makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform operates continuously, securely, and without error, jeez baji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free from technical faults, delays, or omissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeez baji and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, even if jeez baji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any specific service or game, whether due to technical maintenance, force majeure, third-party service failures, or any other cause beyond jeez baji's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Any delay or failure in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jeez baji's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by jeez baji's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All games available on the jeez baji Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. jeez baji does not control, modify, or influence individual game outcomes. jeez baji accepts no liability for losses incurred during normal gameplay where game mechanics have performed as designed and certified.
